A critical operational role overseeing workflow, repairs, and inventory management.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records across all systems
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts with exceptional attention to detail
- Receive, inspect, tag, and process incoming merchandise in accordance with brand standards
- Reconcile discrepancies and proactively identify root causes
- Partner closely with sales team to ensure floor stock accuracy and proper merchandise movement
- Oversee repair and custom jewelry workflow from sales team to bench jewelers
- Ensure efficient processes and timely completion of work and quality control all
- Shipping and Receiving

We’re expanding our appraisal team and need an experienced appraiser who can manage a high‑volume appraisal workflow while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
What you’ll do:
- Perform comprehensive jewelry and gemstone appraisals for insurance, estate, and sales purposes
- Evaluate, identify, and grade diamonds and colored stones using standard gemological techniques
- Prepare clear, accurate, and timely formal appraisal reports and replacement-value estimates
- Photograph and document jewelry, maintain digital records, and enter data into appraisal systems
- Manage a fast-paced appointment and drop-off schedule while meeting turnaround targets
- Work collaboratively with sales, repairs, and leadership to support client needs and store operations
What you’ll have:
- Required: Graduate Gemologist (G.G.) degree from GIA (minimum)
- Previous professional jewelry appraisal experience (required), with a demonstrated ability to handle high appraisal volumes
- Strong gemological identification and grading skills; confident using microscopes, loupes, scales, and other tools
- Excellent written technical reporting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver accurate work under time constraints
- Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and client-focused attitude
- Comfortable working with appraisal software and digital photography

What you’ll do:
- Assist with jewelry appraisals and documentation
- Learn and apply practical appraisal techniques
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation for all appraisals
- Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams as needed
- Utilize gemological tools and technology provided by the store
- Assists in preparing customer appraisals including evaluating jewelry, researching replacement pricing, and documenting official appraisal
- Photograph jewelry
What you’ll have:
- Required: Completion of some coursework through GIA. AJP at the least.
- Strong interest in jewelry appraisal and gemology
- Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment
- Attention to detail and professionalism
- The ideal candidate is a go-getter, outgoing, self-motivated, and professional.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Strong technical writing skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with laptops, documentation software, and gemological tools
